What is Silicone work actually?
With the sealant work we ensure a better living environment... We use sealant to seal the cracks and ensure that we create a high-quality sealant joint. Sealing work is very important, especially in wet and humid areas, for example the sealing work in the kitchen, bathroom and toilet. These are important places where you want a reliable sealant joint. We also have so-called expansion joints outdoors around the facade that must be properly sealed to prevent possible leaks. Many people have a beautiful PVC or wooden floor at home that must be sealed for the best results, so that no dirt and wetness can get in between.

How long does silicone work last?
Sealant work takes quite a while, this all has to do with temperature differences. Sealant shrinks and expands due to heat and cold, moisture and water, all of which influence the lifespan of the sealant joints. Sealant can certainly last 6 years or more. This depends on the points mentioned above. At Inter Renovations Phuket we are committed to making a sustainable sealant joint and we continue to innovate.
We seal everything at an angle of 45* degrees. Why do we do this? If we seal the sealant on the floor at a right angle, the sealant is exposed as little as possible to water, moisture and aggressive cleaning products.
